- it comes at a cost; the spa is quite useless as the entrance is 40€ pp
- the quality of the building is quite old even though it's been renovated
- on this, we had an absolutely noisy and sleepless night due to a rain gutter (see clip attached and judge yourself); I would need to be paid to sleep in that room again (a tent is better); the problem was the attitude of the receptionist: "that's normal, the whole hotel is like that"

I have been here with my girlfriend to spend a relaxing weekend in these amazing mountains and landscape. The staff is friendly and professional, despite some issues during check-in and check-out due to a reservation mistake (room numbers inverted) they have been able to promptly solve the issue very fast. The hotel offers several services such as SPA (sauna, massage service, swimming pool). The restaurant is very good and dishes are made with great quality ingredients.
